On behalf of the III CIPHI 2008 Organizing Committee we would like
to invite you to participate in III CHIPHI 2008 (International Heritage
and Engineering History Congress), that will take place next 7th,
8th and 9th of may 2008, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain).
This event is organized by the Heritage Conservation International
Center (CICOP) and the Universitary Polithecnic College (EUP) of
Las Palmas de Gran Canaria University.
Aims
The general objective of IIICIPHI 2008 Congress is the promotion
of international collaboration in the field of technology, engineering
and heritage education. IIICIPHI 2008 provides an International
Forum for researchers, engineers, professors, educational scientists
and technologists in the areas of Heritage and Engineering History.
It will be an excellent opportunity to present, demonstrate and
discuss research, development, applications and the latest innovations
in this fields.
It will provide you with more information about the conference
and some tourist information about our beautiful island of Gran
Canaria and its surroundings.
We strongly encourage you to submit presentation abstracts and
participate in the IIICIPHI 2008 in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
The deadline for submitting abstracts is March 28st, 2008. I would
also appreciate if you could forward this message to any colleagues
who might be interested in this event, as their contributions would
be very welcome.
