Forum UNESCO-University and Heritage (FUUH) is an UNESCO Project for undertaking activities to protect and safeguard the cultural and natural heritage, through an informal networkof higher education institutions. FUUH is under the joint responsibility of the UNESCO World Heritage Centre and the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), Spain. This internet website is not an official site of UNESCO but a website created and managed by the UPV within the framework of the project FUUH.

Summary: The aim of the project “Museums Literacy” is to support museums in the development of strategies aiming at involving public at risk of cultural exclusion, with a special focus on publics with a low educational level ENCATC and the project partners met in Budapest on 29th October for the first meeting, and will meet again in Torino, Italy form 3-5 March 2009 for a Workshop and International Meeting on Audience Development. These include an international conference (3rd March 2009) and an international workshop (3rd, 4th, 5th March 2009). It is possible to participate in the whole 3-day training or only in the one-day international conference.

For members and colleagues interested in participating in this project, there are several ways to take part: presenting case studies, participating to local meetings and focus groups (Budapest, Turin, Bruxelles, Manchester, Bozen) and asking to reach the platform and participating to discussions.
