Restoration of Cultural Heritage and the various forms of intervening
upon them have gradually become established as valid alternatives
to the traditional concept of ‘Conservation’.
Theme: Cultural Heritage and Innovation
The Academic Commission of the seventh Conference has chosen a
series of subjects which it considers to be in line with the overall
proposals and aims of the organization of this event. The papers
selected by the Academic Commission will be published in an edition
to be presented to all registered participants at the beginning
of the Conference. These papers may address any of the following
outlined aspects in line with the aims of the Conference.

the conservation and restoration of cultural heritage. Innovation

Area 4. Other heritage. Appreciation, protection
and intervention on recent cultural heritage and on historic civil
works.
Module 2: Innovation and new technologies
Area 5. Theory, heritage and cultural management
(tourism, economy…)
Area 6. Diffusion, communication and training on
cultural goods. Cultural routes and itineraries.
Area 7. Cities, territories and cultural landscapes.
Area 8. Cultural heritage and innovation. Andalusia
case study.
