Forum UNESCO-University and Heritage (FUUH) is an UNESCO Project for undertaking activities to protect and safeguard the cultural and natural heritage, through an informal networkof higher education institutions. FUUH is under the joint responsibility of the UNESCO World Heritage Centre and the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV), Spain. This internet website is not an official site of UNESCO but a website created and managed by the UPV within the framework of the project FUUH.

Picturing America Exhibit

Picturing America? is an initiative of the National Endowment for the Humanities, in cooperation with the American Library Association. The project’s aim is to enhance the teaching, study, and understanding of U.S. history and culture by bringing some of the nation’s greatest works of art into its classrooms and libraries. The series is comprised of images that capture important moments in American life and present them through painting, sculpture, photography, architecture and decorative arts.
