The first meeting will take place in the presence of government officials in charge of setting up and coordinating an evaluation process at a national level that will help us build the above reports. This meeting on capacity building will inform these officials about the mechanisms of the "UNESCO Convention for the safeguarding of the intangible heritage" and the measures proposed for the monitoring and safeguarding of this heritage.
