FUUH is under the joint responsibility of the UNESCO World Heritage Centre and the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) Spain. This internet website is not an official site of UNESCO but a website created and managed by the UPV within the framework of the project FUUH.

  • Ratification by Germany to the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention of 1954 for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict (The Hague, 26 March 1999)
    On 25 November 2009, Germany deposited with the Director-General its instrument of ratification to the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention of 1954 for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict. In accordance with the terms of its Article 43.2, the Protocol will enter into force with respect to Germany three months after the deposit of the instrument of ratification, that is to say on 25 February 2010.

  • Ratification by Saint Vincent and the Grenadines of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage (Paris, 17 October 2003)
    On 25 September 2009, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines deposited with the Director-General its instrument of ratification of the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage. In accordance with the terms of its Article 34, the aforementioned Convention will enter into force with respect to Saint Vincent and the Grenadines three months after the date of the deposit of this instrument, that is to say on 25 December 2009.

  • Ratification by Haiti of the Convention on the Protection of the Underwater Cultural Heritage (Paris, 2 November 2001)
    On 9 November 2009, Haiti deposited with the Director-General its instrument of ratification of the Convention on the Protection of the Underwater Cultural Heritage. In accordance with the terms of its Article 27, the aforementioned Convention will enter into force with respect to Haiti three months after the date of the deposit of this instrument, that is to say on 9 February 2010.
